The Russian Defense Ministry plans to check all military districts, starting with the Eastern Military District, RIA Novosti reports.
Over 60 command structures of the Eastern Military District will be inspected. Special attention will be paid to realization of the Defense Ministry’s plan until 2020. After the inspection, a commission will develop proposals to improve military infrastructure in the Far East.
Russian Deputy Defense Minister Army General Arkady Bakhin said that other military districts will be checked this year.
