Michael Mann, spokesman of EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton, said yesterday that Syria may from now on transfer its frozen accounts in the EU to the OPCW for the destruction of chemical weapons, RIA Novosti reports.
He emphasized that the new norms were published that day and will come into force the day after.
