166 judges dismissed in Turkey

The Turkish government has dismissed 166 judges, according to the decision of the Turkish Supreme Court, ITAR-TASS reports.

High-ranking judges and prosecutors in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir have been dismissed. About 6,000 police officers that have any relation to the corruption scandal that had started in December 2013 have lost jobs.
