The Military Court of the Akmoli Garrison has ordered the arrest of Kazakh Deputy Defense Minister Major General Bagdat Maykeyev on suspicion of receiving a bribe of at least $1.5 million, ITAR-TASS reports.
Chairman of the Military Court Dualet Moldabayev said that such crime was categorized as grave and may be punished with up to 10 years in prison.
