Erdogan says Ankara will become Europe's transport centre

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says that the country's capital of Ankara will become Europe's major transport centre. According to the head of the Turkish cabinet, the authorities are doing their best to increase the role of the city in Europe's infrastructure.

'The economic development of Turkey is our priority and the government is doing everything to secure economic growth," Erdogan is quoted as saying by Azerbaijani news agency Trend.
