Investigators have concluded collecting materials for the criminal case against Russian ex-Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, according to Alexander Sorochkin, Deputy Head of the Russian Investigative Committee and Head of the Main Military Investigative Directorate, Interfax reports.
The charges will be brought and handed to the prosecutor for approval by the end of March.
