German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that the common goal was to form a visa-free regime between the European Union and Russia to make visits easier and relations more progressive.
The minister emphasized that certain advancements had been achieved in the simplification of the visa regime. He added that it was important to form legal and technical premises to establish a visa-free regime.
