Tbilisi Acting Mayor Sevdia Ugrekhelidze is on a visit to France to attend a meeting organized by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, Georgia Online reports.
She will discuss democracy, events in European cities in 2013.
Tbilisi was declared a 12-star city for events in 2013.
