Georgian ex-Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili, who was sentenced to 5 years in jail today, will appeal the court’s decision, RIA Novosti reports.
His lawyer clarified that the court ignored some facts presented at the hearings. The lawyer called it pressure from the new authorities.
