Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov has discussed development of tourism and recreation at the special economic zone in the Jeynakhsky and Sunzhensky Districts during a meeting with Director General of the Northern Caucasus Resorts Sergey Vereshchagin in Magas, Yuga.ru reports.
Yevkurov said that the progress made in Armkhi was a big achievement as people could use the resort there both in winter and summer.
Vereshchagin praised progress of the Ingush government and the Akropol Group. He pointed out that a skiing track, a cableway and a national restaurant had been operating at Armkhi for about a year. The official promised to support development of infrastructure at the resort.
He emphasized that the project for surface-planning in the Jeyrakhsky and Sunzhensky Districts may be approved in 2015.
Ingushetia plans to build two tourism and recreation complexes (Armkhi and Tsori) for all seasons. Both of them are part of the tourism cluster of Russia’s South.
