Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has awarded Ingush ex-President Ruslan Aushev with the Dostlug Order today for strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and Russia and creating peace and stability in the region, Trend reports.
Aushev expressed pride for the order and respect towards Azerbaijani National Leader Heydar Aliyev. He added that the intensive development of Azerbaijan in 2013 astonished him.
