Violence halted in Ukraine

Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych and opposition leaders Arseny Yatsenyuk, Vitaly Klitschko and Oleg Tyagnibok have concluded their talks with declaration of a truce and the start of negotiations.

Dmitry Yarosh, leader of the Right Sector, does not recognize the truce. About a hundred people stormed the administration of the Desnyansky District of Kiev.

A group of protesters acquired firearms the previous day. A counter-terrorism operation is ongoing in the country.
