The Supreme Court of Karachay-Cherkessia started hearings for the case of Artur Tambiyev, suspected murderer of Vice Prime Minister Ansar Tebuyev, Interfax reports.
Spokesman of the court Marat Janibekov said that Tambiyev agreed to cooperate with the investigators.
The court agreed to postpone the next hearings until February 26.
Tebuyev was killed in his car in Cherkessk on October 18, 2004.
