US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the country, Xinhua reports.
"In the name of President Obama and the US people I congratulate the people of Kazakhstan on the 15th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the country. Mutual respect and interests of our countries are a firm basis for long-term partnership," said the Secretary of State.
