Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych, opposition leaders and Foreign Ministers Frank-Walter Steinmeier (Germany), Laurent Fabius (France) and Radoslaw Sikorski (Poland) concluded their long talks in Kiev last night, RIA Novosti reports.
The talks continued all night. A new round will be organized at noon. Fabius left Kiev last night and will visit China.
