Conditions of the Agreement on Crisis Settlement in Kiev will be published only after its signing, said Russian Ombudsman Vladimir Lukin, one of the developers of the document, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that no text will be published until 2.00PM.
Lukin does not know when he will return to Moscow.
Signing of the document by President Victor Yanukovych and opposition leaders was announced today.
