Russia has suspended its second loan to Ukraine. According to the recently signed agreement, Russia was expected to allocate some $15 billion to the country this time. The government has decided to suspend the loan due to political uncertainty in the country, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov is quoted as saying by Bloomberg.
Russia's largest state-run bank Sberbank has also decided not to provide Ukrainian companies and individuals with loans, the bank's chief executive, former Russian minister of economy Herrmann Gräf says.
