The head of the Central electoral Commission arrives to Dagestan.
   The delegation of the central electoral commission headed by the chairman Vladimir Churov arrived to Makhachkala, reports RIA Dagestan
An official meting took place after the landing of the commission. At the start the Cjairman noted that a special commission counting 5 men has been organized. Each member has concrete functions .
In the opinion of the chairman their presence will allow a quick connection between the republic and the center. They are not going to take the functions of the local Electoral Commission.
The scale of the elections in Dagestan is great. There are over 11 000 candidates. It means that the biggest elections in the country are being held on the 10 of September, though the Parliament is not involved.
There are of coarse problems. Two accidents during the elections caused death. In the opinion of Churov the responsibility lies on the local comities and the Ministry of the Interior.
  he also asked to note two moments. The first is the incidents of refusal and the second is the contradictions in the inner partial lists. The registration will last for another week and then the trials can take place.
The President of the republic thanked the chairman for visiting Dagestan. He noted that his presence is a strong factor influencing the quality of elections especially in the scale of todays elections, when more than 6000 mandates are elected.
"we plan to do everything needed to provide safety and order of the elections and, the main thing, to allow the citizens of Dagestan to use their electoral rights"-said the President of the republic.
He also added that they will do everything possible to prevent the accidents like in Babayuk and Novolak.
