Ukraine's president and opposition sign anti-crisis plan

Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych and the opposition leaders have signed an agreement aimed at resolving the ongoing political crisis in the country. German and Polish foreign ministers have witnessed the signing.

Earlier today President Yanukovych announced that he was ready to resign.
