Ukraine's Tymoshenko released from prison

Former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymosheko has been released from prison, Associated Press reports on Saturday. The information has not been confirmed yet by the politican's family.

Earlier today the Ukrainian Parliament voted for Tymoshenko's release.

Yulia Tymosheko served as the prime minister of Ukraine in 2005 and 2007-2010. She was imprisoned in 2010, after she lost the presidential elections to Viktor Yanukovych.
