Former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who was released from prison yesterday, says she is going to take part in the early presidnetial elections scheduled for May 25, 2014, ITAR-TASS reports.
Saturday night Tymoshenko arrived in Kyiv and visited Independence Square, which has been the centre of resistance to the Yanukovych regime. Tymoshenko addressed the protesters gathered on the square and thanked them for their heroic struggle.
