Ukrainian border guards have refused to let a plane with deposed president Viktor Yanukovych on board out of Donetsk airport, Azerbaijani news agency Trend cites the deputy head of the State Border Service Sergey Astakhov as saying.
Earlier the former president was stopped at Kharkiv airport.
