Mikhail Margelov, Head of the committee for international affairs of the Federation Council, believes that Ukrainian opposition may cover the whole country in Bandera nationalists, ITAR-TASS reports.
The systemic opposition, including Yulia Timoshenko, may be kicked out of the process or become executives of the Galicia separation scenario.
Margelov adds that the bill making Russian a regional language in 13 out of 27 Ukrainian territorial units was rescinded, which proves the idea. Some politicians proposed the category of ‘non-citizens’ to be adopted. Dozens of monuments of Lenin destroyed in Ukraine and the monument of Soviet soldiers in Stry Rukivandalized prove Russophopbic intentions, assumes Margelov.
The senator notes that there were proposals to ban the Communist Party and the Party of Regions of President Victor Yanukovych. The expert says that there has been a recent congress of MPs of the East and South of Ukraine in Kharkov and the speeches made there hint radicalization of the whole country.
