The head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk has resigned.
He explained his decision by recents changes in the government.
"Schools, kindergartens and hospitals must operate without interruption and disruption. Pension and other social benefits have to be paid on time. The region should live and develop," Prysyazhnyuk said.
