Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after talks with his counterpart from Luxembourg Jean Asselborn that May is too early to hold elections in Ukraine in May and it was a violation of the agreement reached on February 21, ITAR-TASS reports.
He noted that the agreement of February 21 made provisions for constitutional reforms until September, followed by presidential elections.
