Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zanier are going to discuss the political crisis in Ukraine, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
According to the official, Ukraine is violating OSCE regulations.
