Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has congratulated his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the Russian national team's success at the 2014 Winter Olympic games held in Sochi. The Armenian president has also said that the opening ceremony had been one of the most spectacular in the history of the Olympics.
