The new text of the Russian Constitution has been published. It was updated after a decision to form the single Supreme Court, RIA Novosti reports.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law merging the Supreme Court and the Supreme Arbitrary Court. The Supreme Court will have 170 judges and boards for economic cases, military and disciplinary cases.
The new Supreme Court will be located in Saint Petersburg. It will also have an office in Moscow. The president of the Supreme Court has not been chosen yet.
