Road blocks were built in Sevastopol last night. Public groups and the police are guarding the city, Interfax reports.
Alexey Chaly, head of the coordinating council of the city department for life-sustaining, supervises the road block construction.
The decision to form the life-sustaining department was made at the Sevastopol City Council on February 24. Sevastopol has the City Council and the State City Administration. The City Council has no Executive Council.
