Ukrainian Acting President Alexander Turchinov has replaced Oleg Rafalsky Andrey Klyuyev as the Acting Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration, ITAR-TASS reports.
The reshuffle was made according to article 112 of the Constitution.
