Azerbaijani and Russian deputy foreign ministers Khalaf Khalafov and Grigoriy Karasin discussed preparations for the official visit of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to Azerbaijan, a message of the Department of Information and Press of the Russian Foreign Ministry says, Trend reports.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will visit Azerbaijan on September 2-3. The schedule includes summits with Ilham Aliyev and signing of an agreement on the state border and water exploitation of the bordering Samur river. The sides will also discuss the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.
