US Secretary of State says Crimean crisis may affect US-Russian relations

US Secretary of State John Kerry calls upon Russia to abstain from escalating the Crimean crisis, otherwise it may affect US-Russian bilateral relations, RIA Novosti reports on Sunday.

The Russian Parliament voted on Saturday in favour of a possible use of Russian military forces on the territory of Ukraine. According to media reports, Russian servicemen are already taking control of strategic facilities on the peninsula.
