The Russian Foreign Ministry said that it will only discuss solutions for the Ukrainian crisis only after signing of the February 21 agreement, RIA Novosti reports.
The document means constitutional reforms, formation of a coalition government. Russia insists that all political forces of Ukraine should be represented in the government.
The ministry added that contacts with international partners will be continued in the near future.
