Baku hosts talks on security problems of Caspian-Black Sea Region

Baku is hosting a round-table conference entitled “Geopolitics of the Caspian-Black Sea Region: security problems” today. The talks were organized by the office for development of information and science ties with countries of the Caucasus of the North-South Center for Political Analysis in Baku, Vestnik Kavkaza and Trend.


Alexey Vlasov, Executive Director of the North-South Center for Political Analysis and moderator of the conference, noted that the role of expert communications was rising and they needed to compare notes.  Regular meetings would prevent wrong evaluations.


The talks are attended by Ismail Agakishiyev, Chairman of the council of directors of the Analysis, Consulting, PR Union of Companies, Rasim Musabekov, a member of the Azerbaijani parliament, Vladimir Yevseyev, Director of a center for socio-political research, Gulnara Mamedzadeh, Director General of News Azerbaijan, Anton Morozov, a political analyst and expert of the World of Eurasia Foundation, Fikret Sadykhov, a political analyst and Professor of the Western University, Anton Finko, an expert of the Kiev Center for Political Studies and Conflict Management (Ukraine), Khaldun Yalsinsky, a Turkish Doctor of Politics and Professor, and notable Azerbaijani experts and scientists.
