Speaker of Russia's State Duma Sergey Naryshkin and Ukraine's Acting President and Speaker of the Supreme Rada Oleksandr Turchynov have held a "confidential" phone conversation, the Russian parliamentary speaker's press secretary Yevgeniya Chugunova says.
"The talks have indeed taken place. They have been confidential," RIA Novosti cites Chugunova as saying.
