Moscow will host a session of the Military Committee of the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers today. They will discuss the military and political situation, security challenges and threats, development of the organization, drills in 2014, preparations for sessions of charter structures of the CSTO, ITAR-TASS reports.
Army General Valery Gerasimov, Chairman of the Military Committee, Chief of the Russian General Staff, Deputy Foreign Minister, will chair the session. CSTO chiefs of general staff are part of the committee.
