Russia-NATO Council to discuss Ukraine crisis

NATO Director General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said yesterday that the Russia-NATO Council will hold an ambassadorial meeting in Brussels today to discuss the crisis in Ukraine, Interfax reports.According to article 4 of the North Atlantic Treaty: “The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the Parties is threatened.”
