The European Union may suspend issuing visas for all Russian citizens if Russia continues its aggression against Ukraine, Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel García-Margallo said today, Ekho Moskvy reports.
"If the violence increases, we will suspend issuing visas to Russian citizens and consider imposing sanctions against Russia," the minister is quoted as saying.
