Ukrainian Acting Prosecutor General Oleg Makhnitsky said that a criminal case has been initiated against Rear Admiral Alexander Vitko, Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Interfax reports.
The admiral is charged with sabotage and encouraging treason.
