The French Center for Arabic Cultural Heritage and Nefertiti Media Production (Egypt) have named Mehroban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, Goodwill Ambassador of the UNESCO and the ISESCO, the most influential woman of 2014, according to social polls carried out in France and Arab countries from March 8, 2013, to January 10, 2014.
People recognized Aliyeva’s contribution to promotion of Azerbaijani culture and international cultural exchange, development of science, healthcare, sports, education, technologies, ecology, opening of the Baku International Mugham Center, donations to orphans, charity acts.
A letter was sent to the Azerbaijani Embassy in France from Ray Alkatri Belhasus, Director of the Center for Arabic Cultural Heritage.
