Mikhail Dobkin, ex-Governor of the Kharkov Oblast and possible candidate for president of Ukraine, was detained in Kiev yesterday, his lawyer Yulia Pletneva said, Interfax reports.
Dobkin was detained at the Prosecutor General’s Office at 5.20PM on the order of the Shevchenkovsky District Court in Kiev. Pletneva said that she was not allowed to meet her client after the detention. His arrest will be considered today.
