Spokeswoman of the US State Department Jennifer Psaki said that Secretary of State John Kerry will discuss Ukraine with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov when Russia is ready to cooperate, Interfax reports.
Psaki noted that the US wanted Russia to stop its annexation of Crimea. She denied refusal of Kerry to talk with Lavrov in Moscow. The secretary of state, however, delayed his visit to Russia planned for March 10. Lavrov said yesterday that the US approach to settlement of the Ukrainian crisis was unsatisfying for Russia.
