Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said that he was planning the composition of a new cooperation agreement with Sevastopol Mayor Alexey Chaly, RIA Novosti reports.
Sobyanin added that Chaly had asked Moscow to grant modern medical equipment for hospitals. The Moscow mayor ordered his deputy for social policy Leonid Pechatnikov to clarify the list of equipment and humanitarian aid needed in Sevastopol.
