Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and Special Envoy of the Georgian PM Zurab Abashidze have postponed their meeting, Georgia Online reports.
They had a telephone conversation and decided to meet on March 14.
The meeting was initially planned for March 5.
