Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kisida discussed the situation surrounding Ukraine on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports.
On the same day the Russian minister met with Japanese Ambassador to Moscow Tikahito Harada, the Russian Foreign Ministry informs.
