Ukrainian court to have hearings on president’s authority

The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine has started hearings on a Donetsk lawyer Vladimir Olentsevich’s lawsuit claiming that the actions of the parliament, which made Oleksandr Turchynov the Acting President, were illegal, RIA Novosti reports.The court will hold hearings on March 19. The lawsuit was filed 10 days ago. The lawyer says that Victor Yanukovych is still the real President of Ukraine.
