Some 20 million roubles have been embezzled during construction of the Arkhyz-Lunnaya Polyana-Mount of Dukka road in Russia's North Caucasian republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, RIA Novosti reports.
The perpetrators are now facing 10 years in prison.
