After negotiations in February and March, co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Jacques Faure (France) and James Warlick (USA) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk have arranged a meeting with Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
They will discuss questions raised by Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents in Vienna in November. Mammadyarov and Nalbandian expressed readiness to settle remaining issues and make progress.
The co-chairs plan to visit the disputed region in April.
