250 MPs (226 needed) voted to request the UN to resolve the situation around Crimea, Gazeta.ru reports.
The document the parliament passed says that Ukraine has the right to ask any state or regional collective security system for help to restore sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolacy.
Oleksandr Turchynov, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament and Acting President, recommended the parliament to address the UN over the Crimean problem.
