German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that there was no military solution to the Ukrainian problem, RIA Novosti reports.
She noted that the EU and US were actively working to form a monitoring mission and a contact group to find a diplomatic solution. Merkel called the analogy between the situation in Crimea and the Kosovo precedent unacceptable.
